Dear Fellow Student Organizations,
We have a very exciting movie screening coming up in April, and we would
like to invite your student group to collaborate or endorse the event.

As we know, UMD is home to students from very diverse religious & cultural
backgrounds. Most American students find their roots in Abrahamic faiths
(like Christianity, Jusaism, Islam) while a majority of international
student community is rooted in rooted in Asian beliefs (like Hinduism,
Buddhism, Jainism, Sikkhism). While we share an enlightening educational
experience here, for most of us "the other" faiths largely remain a
"mystery".

With an attempt to help bridge this gap, we present a documentary examining
the similarities and differences between Asian and Abrahamic religions.

The director of the movie, Mr Gerald Krell, will be present himself and
participate in the interfaith dialog.

When: Monday, April 11, 2011 6:30 PM - 9:30 PM
Where: Hoff Theater @ Stamp Student Union
Event Type(s): Documentary

The event is FREE and open to all.

Here is the event website for more details:

If you are interested to work together, endorse the event, or want more
information about it, please contact us at [log in to unmask]

Looking forward to hearing from you.
Sanatana Satsang Team.

PS: The same documentary was screened in Avalon Theater in DC by another
group on December 5th, 2010. The event was ticketed, and was a house full
with over 425 people on a chilling night.
