University of Maryland School of Nursing Entry into Practice Open House ~ Saturday, March 31, 2012
Dear Friend of Nursing,
Please spread the word about our upcoming Entry into Practice Open House scheduled for Saturday, March 31, 2012 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
This will be a wonderful opportunity for nurses and other health care professionals to learn about the many educational paths offered at UMSON.

The University of Maryland School of Nursing offers two academic
paths for entering the nursing profession:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• For students who want to complete the last two years of their
undergraduate degree in nursing
• For people with a bachelor’s degree in a field other than nursing
• Full- and part-time options are available
• Offered at the Baltimore campus and at the Universities at Shady
Grove in Rockville
Master of Science – Clinical Nurse Leader (CNL)
• For people with a bachelor’s degree in a field other than nursing
• 16-, 21-, or 23-month full-time plans of study and part-time plans of study are available
• Offered in Baltimore only
