More Snow in Recent Winters? Is Global Warming Fact or Fiction?

Today! Monday, April 16, 2012 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM

BioScience Research Building Room 1101

Special Lecture for Undergraduate Students

It is often argued that more snow in the winter is evidence against global warming. In this lecture you will examine the evidence and the arguments to determine if claims against global warming are justified. Please join us for the second Marquee Lecture in Science and Technology where Professor Robert Hudson of the Department of Atmospheric and Oceanic Science, an expert on weather and climate and former project manager of the Environmental Effects Project Office at NASA/Johnson Space Center, will present a lecture targeted for undergraduate students and the campus community.
