The first Wildlife Society at UMD Guest Speaker Seminar: "Bees:
Native, Introduced,
Stories, Food, Natural History, Conservation"

Thursday October 4th at 6PM in 0408 Animal Sciences Building (Room has been
changed to accommodate more people)

Sam Droege from the U.S. Geological Survey Patuxent Wildlife Research Center
will be the featured guest speaker at the University of Maryland's Wildlife
Society Chapter meeting on October 4th.  Sam's talk will cover a wide
series of vignettes regarding native bees and their biology, importance,
relationship with plants, conservation and how to survey them. Light
