Milton Chang, Incubic

Milton Chang, an entrepreneur and investor, was President/CEO of Newport Corporation and New Focus, Inc, which he subsequently took public. As an angel investor, he served on the boards of Uniphase (now JDSU) and 11 other startups that either went public or were acquired. Lessons from his decades of experience are summarized in this presentation and in his 2011 book, Toward Entrepreneurship: Establishing a Successful Technology Business, available at www.miltonchang.com
