Want to provide access to health care for an in-need community? Want to
spearhead initiatives in microfinance and enterprise? Join the Global
Brigades, the world’s largest student-led global health and sustainable
development organization, in our efforts to improve the equality of life.
Students in our Medical Brigade program get hands on experience in the
field, shadowing licensed doctors as they consult community on their health
needs and prescribe medicines. Students in our Business Brigade program
serve as a catalyst to the development projects, providing consulting
methodologies, financial workshops and “capital investment,” a monetary
donation to the project to improve profitability or social impact. We are
looking for executive board members as well as new brigade leaders who are
interested in leading our many other programs including Architecture,
Environmental, Law, Microfinance, Public Health, and Water! For more
information come to our GBM! Now servicing Honduras, Panama, and
Ghana. Speaking Spanish is not mandatory and translators will be provided
during the brigade.
