The 2012 Research Experiences for Undergraduates (REU) will be held June 11 - August 3 at NIMBioS on the University of Tennessee (UT), Knoxville, campus. REU provides undergraduates in math, biology and related fields the chance to conduct research in teams with UT professors, NIMBioS researchers and collaborators on projects at the interface of math and biology. Projects are being finalized, but will cover topics ranging from evolution to viruses. Stipend ($3500), housing and travel reimbursement are provided.
