Gryphon Scientific is now hiring for the following positions: 

RESEARCH ASSISTANT
Job Description:
·      Review professional journals and publications to extract and summarize information relevant to assigned research projects using internet-based search techniques
·      Draft report sections and charts for review by mid-level staff members
·      Apply specialized quantitative and/or qualitative analysis techniques
·      Conduct interviews to gather primary data
·      Participate in proposal preparation by compiling data needed to support proposal writing and assemble portions of the final document
·      On occasion, attend professional and client meetings with senior staff

·      This is an entry-level, full-time position.
 
 
Requirements:
·      U.S. citizenship
·      B.A. or B.S. in one of the following disciplines: Biology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Immunology, Biomedical Sciences, Neurology, or a related field
·      Ability to work independently
·      Excellent writing skills
·      GPA greater than 3.0 (out of 4.0).


INTERN
Job Description:
·      Review professional journals and publications to extract and summarize information relevant to projects
·      Perform research using internet-based search techniques, informational resources, and other research tools
·      Draw chemical structures
·      Carry out BLAST searches and data entry
·      This is a paid, part-time internship that does not offer employee benefits such as health insurance.
Requirements:
·      U.S. citizenship
·      Must be a rising senior working towards a B.A. or B.S. in one of the following disciplines: Biology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Immunology, Biomedical Sciences, Neurology, or a related field
·      Ability to work independently
·      Excellent writing skills
·      GPA greater than 3.0 (out of 4.0).
