 Join us as we honor and celebrate the strengths, experiences, and
accomplishments of women through the art of spoken word of HBO Def Poetry
star *Oveous Maximus* and DC's very own upcoming poet *Drew Law*! Let their
words remind you of the remarkable achievements and sacrifices made by
women throughout history.


This event is *FREE* and *open to the general public*. This event will take
place on *Thursday, March 15, 2012 at 7:00PM – 9:30PM at the Colony Ballroom
* in STAMP Student Union, University of Maryland, College Park. Bring your
friends and loved ones!



****Make sure to get your tickets at the Hoff Theater *prior* to the event
(still available the day of). The Hoff Theater is located on the same level
as the Food Court near Chick-fil-A.
