Do you like science? Do you want to enjoy working with kids? UMD Innoworks
is a student organization that organizes an annual science summer camp for
underprivileged middle school students in the PG county area. This year,
the camp will be held *August 13-17th from 8:45-4:30pm on campu**s*.
There are several different leadership opportunities that you can apply for:
1. *Mentor*: assigned to a group of 4-5 kids and help guide them through
the directions for the experiments/activities throughout the day and become
friends with them!
2. *Staff* member: set up supplies for experiments, lunch, and any other
materials; ake sure everything runs smoothly and has a more flexible
schedule.

couple of minutes. The deadline for the application is *May 5th*, but
mentor selection will take place on a rolling basis so the sooner you
submit your application the better!
These are great leadership opportunities, and the camp is a lot of fun! If
