Dear Terp Students, Faculty, and Staff,
Our class, ANTH 468 Researching the Environment and Culture, is conducting
an online survey to better understand the commuting habits of students,
faculty, and staff at the University of Maryland. The results of our
survey will be combined with in-depth individual interviews to look at
ways Terps can make commuting to campus more sustainable and reduce our
university carbon footprint.
We would like to invite you to participate in this online survey. It
should take no more than 15-20 minutes of your time, and will greatly help
our class research project. If you would like to help us out, please go

Please note that this online survey is not being run by the University of
Marylandıs Department of Transportation Services or the Office of
Sustainability. However, we will give a copy of our report detailing the
final results of our research to these offices.
