Mechanical Group ­ Technical Specialists/Patent Agents
 
Sterne, Kessler, Goldstein & Fox P.L.L.C. has immediate opportunities for
Technical Specialists or Patent Agents with a background in liquid crystal
lens, optics, adhesives, organic light emitting devices, solid state
physics, molecular orbitals, or band gap to join its Mechanical practice
group. Advanced degree in physics or materials science preferred. No prior
intellectual property law experience necessary.
 
Candidate will conduct all phases of patent practice including preparation
and prosecution of patent applications, patent searching, patent analysis,
validity, due diligence, licensing, and re-examination.
 
We are looking for motivated individuals with excellent credentials and a
willingness to learn. Excellent writing and communication skills are
necessary for success in this position.
