Participate in a research study on post exercise recovery drinks conducted
by Dr. Jae Kun Shim in the Dept. of Kinesiology in the School of Public
Health at the University of Maryland, College Park.


 What will you get for participating?

$100 total for completion of 4 testing sessions



Who is eligible?

Males over the age of 18 who do not have food allergies and who do not use
nutritional supplements



The Task

Participants will perform leg exercises with rest in between sets and
consume a post exercise recovery drink after a period of rest. Participants
will come in for a total of 4 sessions, with each testing session will last
a total of about 5 hours (includes a 4 hour rest period in which you will
be able to use a laptop).
