Have you ever heard of Tai Chi? Want to learn it for free?

Tai Chi is a type of internal Chinese martial art practiced for both its
defense training and its health benefits. The "chi" means life energy and
"tai" means ultimate fist. Researchers have found that intensive Tai
Chipractice shows some favorable effects on the promotion of balance,
control, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitnesss. In a randomized trial,
the Tai Chi intervention group did significantly better in terms of pain,
fatigue, sleeplessness and depression than a comparable group given
stretching exercises and wellness education.

The Tai Chi Club meets every week on Thursdays at 5pm in St. Mary's Lounge.
The Tai Chi Club also meets every morning at 8am in St. Mary's Lounge and
practice Tai Chi, Yoga, and Qi Gong before our classes on a regular basis.
