The Got Flu? Study aims to discover how the flu is spread and right now we
are recruiting participants to register in our surveillance study. It
takes less than 5 minutes to sign up and even less time to answer our two
weekly questions regarding any flu symptoms you may have (only 2 clicks a
week!). ***You DO NOT have to have flu or take a flu shot to participate***
