RHODES, MARSHALL AND MITCHELL SCHOLARSHIPS
Do you have an outstanding record of academic and research accomplishment?
Do you have exceptional public service and leadership experiences? Do you
have a strong, focused interest in graduate studies? Do you aspire to make
a difference in the world?
If you believe you have these strengths and aims, and would like to learn
more about competing for a chance to spend 2 years studying at a major
university in the United Kingdom, plan to attend one of our Rhodes and
Marshall scholarship information workshops students in any class year or

The Rhodes and Marshall scholarships are among the best known and most
prestigious scholarship opportunities open to rising seniors, graduating
seniors and recent graduates of the University of Maryland, College Park.
Each provides full support for 2 years of graduate study in the UK.
ELIGIBILITY: Generally, to apply you must be a US citizen; a current
Junior, graduating Senior, or recent grad; and have a min. GPA of 3.7
other eligibility requirements specific to the Rhodes and Marshall
programs are detailed on their websites Nomination is required for the
Rhodes and Marshall scholarships.
NOMINATION PROCESS: To apply for a Rhodes or Marshall scholarship you must
be nominated by the UK Post-Graduate Fellowships Committee of the
University of Maryland, College Park. To be considered for nomination
candidates must submit complete nomination applications to

application requirements will be presented at the workshops listed above
