The essay contest allows students to write 400-500 words telling us why the
state should keep college affordable.



*Deadline: Friday, Dec. 13 at 5 p.m*.



*How to Submit:* ter.ps/mdinvests



*Prizes:* iPad mini, a semester’s worth of textbooks, and Maryland
Athletics Prize Pack (box seats at a Men's Basketball game and a signed
ball by Coaches Turgeon and Frese)



All entrants will be entered to win a $100 Amazon gift card. 30 finalists'
essays will be compiled into a book and given to the Maryland General
Assembly.
