Description:
We are looking for you!!! Come be a part of the Stamp Technology Services
team! Currently, we are seeking individuals who want to provide superior
customer service through interacting with Stamp customers, consisting of
staff, faculty, students, and vendors. The IT Office Assistants work in the
Stamp Technology Services department under the direction of an assigned
Helpdesk Manager. They provide detailed information in response to inquiries
about Stamp technical equipment and services and to handle and resolve
complaints. Fulfilling the following tasks which includes but is not limited
to,
Job Responsibilities:
• Excellent customer service skills and a strong customer focus. Desirable
traits in a successful candidate include: motivation, dependability, and
initiative.
• Effective problem solving skills. Marked ability to work concurrently on
multiple projects, adjust to occasional changes in priorities, and respond
quickly and effectively in situations.
• Effective written and verbal skills. Demonstrated skill to instruct,
direct, assist, guide, and share information with both technical and
non-technical personnel alike.
• Monitors ticketing and event schedule systems to ensure requests and
tasks are being completed in a timely fashion, while performing all the tasks
of a Customer Service Representative.
• Writes and Analyzes, corrects tickets and requests, adjusts errors,
tracks status and creates detailed reports of helpdesk tickets, technician
reports, and online requests.
• Liaison with other departments for completions of Stamp customer
inquiries.
• Prepares and forwards preliminary tickets to Student Technicians
regarding technical problems and requests.
• Performs other assigned duties as assigned by supervisor.
