Put that bachelor’s degree to work!  The EPA needs a recent graduate
(preferably in Information Technology), to help with customer service support
at the largest research park in the country, Research Triangle Park in
Raleigh-Durham, N.C.

ORAU announces an Information Technology Associate position immediately open
with the Office of Research and Development (ORD) at the EPA’s Research
Triangle Park facility in Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina.

The Associate will assist the Customer Support Division and the Office of
Science Information Management (OSIM) within ORD to support and maintain a
robust information technology and information management program, with
special emphasis on OSIM customer service activities.

Tasks include: Information Technology customer service activities (including
customer interaction, system database entry and reporting, coordinating video
and web conferencing events and activities), researching and summarizing
information technology and management requests, various communications duties
(including meeting logistics and coordination activities, development of oral
presentations, summary analysis documents, and development of different
communications materials), and other related tasks.
