Please join us (AMSA) this upcoming *Tuesday, March 24th* for our third
general body meeting of the spring semester. This week’s focus will be on
current, relevant medical issues. We will be watching two videos from “60
Minutes,” regarding the fight against Ebola and the rising cost of cancer
drugs. We will then split into smaller groups to discuss about these
topics. Enhanced knowledge on these topics will not only be impressive
during medical school interviews, but will also be extremely beneficial as
you pursue a career in medicine. Besides that, we will also be making
spring-themed cards for patients at the Children’s National Medical Center
if time permits.

**PLEASE NOTE** Unlike last semester, the meeting will be held in the *Benjamin
Banneker room (room 2212)* in Stamp, but it will still start promptly at *7:00
pm*.  Come out to expand your knowledge regarding current medical issues!
