The Health Leads Application for Fall 2015 is now live! The application is
due by April 4th at 11:59 PM, and interview requests will be emailed out
about a week or two later.

Once you begin the official application, you must complete it in one
sitting. We recommend that you first work on your answers on a word
document and then paste them into the application portal when you are ready
