Below is the link to Department of State internships for Spring 2017; the
deadline is July 1.  Individuals interested in a such data-focused internship
at the Department of State should list the Bureau of International
Organization Affairs as a bureau of interest, and should highlight their data
analytic skills in their statement of interest.  As you know, we cannot
guarantee an internship for every applicant, and all selectees must obtain a
security clearance prior to beginning an internship at the Department.  We
understand that with summer upon us there may be fewer students on campus –
we would welcome students considering our office in the future if a Spring
2017 internship does not work with their current plans.
