Subject: American Mock World Health Organization (AMWHO) 2016 National
Conference

Description:
My name is Mansi Maini, the Director of the American Mock World Health
Organization (AMWHO) 2016 National Conference, I would like to cordially
extend an invitation to your students for the AMWHO 2016 National Conference.
AMWHO is the United States' national structure for creating a simulation of
the World Health Assembly, and invites undergraduate and graduate students
from across the world to debate and discuss a set theme. The annually held
national conference invites students from all across the globe to attend and
participate.

The theme for the 2016 National conference is Antimicrobial Resistance, and
the conference will enable students to create resolutions similar to those
created in the WHO to obtain sound knowledge and skills of diplomacy, policy
creation, and debate. Furthermore, renowned speakers tackling the issue of
antimicrobial resistance within WHO and Center for Disease Control (CDC) will
speak and engage with the students. The AMWHO Conference 2016 will be held at
Emory University in Atlanta, GA from October 14th-16th. Participants have the
opportunity to represent one of the following: WHO Ambassador, NGO
Representative or Media Correspondent. They will also be able to work with
other like-minded attendees to form a working resolution to send to the World
Health Organization in Geneva, Switzerland.

In order for them to participate, attendees must register via our website.
This is absolutely no experience necessary for this unbelievably unique
conference; just a passion for global affairs and/or the WHO is more than
enough!

If you have any questions, please feel free to visit our website at amwho.org

much; we look forward to seeing students from your university at the National
conference this Fall!
