At our second GBM, UMD Pre-Medical Society will be focusing on research
opportunities, specifically the Nathan Schnaper Summer Intern Program at
the University of Maryland School of Medicine (UMDSOM). Our speaker is the
program’s director, Dr. Bret Hassel, Associate Professor of Microbiology
and Immunology, who has been in this position since 2001! Get a chance to
learn about research opportunities available at UMDSOM and tips on how to
be a competitive applicant. Hope to see you there!
