Currently hiring a recent Computer Science graduate interested in Quality Assurance to work for a fast-paced company in Lanham, MD. This is a fulltime position offering a competitive salary.

Must-haves*
-Bachelors' Degree or 3+ years of added professional experience/training in relevant field.
-2+ years of web app regression testing experience (preferably Python, PHP, Java, etc. )
-Exposure to continues Integration (CI) automation services for cross-platform test frameworks (Jenkins, Maven, Django, etc.)
-Extensive test automation framework and tool experience for cross-browser and web-UI testing, including a working knowledge of Selenium -Automation Framework (SAF) and Webdriver
-Must have extensive experience writing custom test scripts from scratch (as opposed to executing pre-existing material)
-Familiarity with agile development process, including functional/coverage testing against user stories, and orchestrating QA strategy and test plan meetings with the development team
-Team-oriented work ethic and healthy sense of competition coming from a background in competitive sports or military service.
-Excellent communication and problem solving skills, quick and independent learner

Day-2-Day *
This individual will work with one other JR QA to develop full regression suite for application currently in production. They will interact closely with the rest of the development team. Overall, they will be responsible for developing and executing test plans and test scripts to ensure 100% requirement coverage. They will also document, detail, and report in a clean and timely fashion any defects found during testing. Determine and develop processes and procedures to efficiently and effectively test all aspects of the product. Develop and maintain continuous integration and automated test scripts using a web application testing framework to consistently regression test and verify application functionality.

Specific duties will be focused on developing test plans, test cases, scenarios; maintenance of automated performance and functional test scripts; Testing issues; Tracking software defects from discovery to successful correction, validation and verification, using a bug tracking system; communication of risks to management; facilitate test meetings as needed for assigned projects. All other duties as assigned or directed.
