Subject: Habitat for Humanity Winter Break Trip!

Description:
Habitat for Humanity at UMD is hosting an alternative winter break trip to
Georgetown, NC, Jan. 10-17! Habitat's mission is to provide affordable
housing for all, and we will be contributing by volunteering at a
construction site during this trip. Also, the trip will be very exciting, as
Georgetown is located very close to the ocean and also only a little over an
hour from Charleston, so there will be many fun options for your free time.

The total cost of the trip will be $400, a $50 down payment and a $350 trip
fee. This will cover all food, lodging, and transportation costs associated
with the trip. We are currently accepting down payments to reserve a spot for
you on the trip, and to arrange payment, or ask any questions about the trip,

Here are some answers to FAQs about the trip:

hours.
Living accommodations: You will be staying in a volunteer house with a
kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and free wifi
Approximate schedule: During the trip, you will work for 4 or 4.5 days on the
construction site, have 1 field trip day to experience SC, and spend the
first and last days in transit
