Subject: QUEST Application & Upcoming Events for Prospective Students

Description:
The QUEST Honors Program is a three-year honors program focused on quality
management, process improvement, and system design. QUEST courses challenge
students to solve real-world problems through multidisciplinary teamwork. All
freshmen enrolled in a major in Clark, Smith, or CMNS with above a 3.0 GPA
and at least 12 credits at UMD are eligible to apply. Applications are due on
February 4th at 11:59 PM. Apply today at apply.questumd.com!

Prior to February 4th, we are offering two more chances for prospective
students to learn about QUEST and meet current students!

1) Monday, January 30th, 7-8:30PM, VMH 1524
Join QUEST for an exclusive screening of the critically-acclaimed
documentary, Design Disruptors, to get a look into the companies that are
pushing the boundaries of innovation! Prospective students are invited to get
a taste for a major aspect of the QUEST program: DESIGN. The movie takes you
behind the scenes of companies such as Facebook, Pinterest & Dropbox.
Following the film, prospective students will be invited to meet current
students and take a tour of the QUEST lab student space (VMH 1407). RSVP
required: https://go.umd.edu/designdisruptors

2) Tuesday, January 31st, 6PM, KIM 1110
Join QUEST for our last information session of the school year. We will cover
the same information from the fall info sessions, but if you were unable to
attend those, here's your chance to learn about the QUEST curriculum and
community and ask any questions! RSVP:
