Description:
A laboratory studying traumatic brain injury at the Uniformed Services
University in Bethesda, MD is seeking a full-time (40 hrs/week paid) Research
Assistant. Qualified candidate has to have bachelor’s or master’s degree
in biology,
biochemistry or neuroscience. Candidate should be highly motivated,
detail-oriented and organized. Required practical experience includes
hands-on work with basic protein biochemistry methods and antibody based
techniques such as
Western blots, ELISAs. Familiarity with statistical methods and/or programs
e.g. (SPSS) and Excel based data entry and analysis is required.
