Children (FIMRC)

Description:
Foundation for International Medical Relief of Children (FIMRC) is a
non-profit organization dedicated to providing access to medical care for
millions of children in underdeveloped countries around the world. Through
its network of outpatient clinics and partnerships, FIMRC asserts a
multidimensional strategy that includes clinical services, extensive
community outreach efforts, and health education programs.

At the GBM we'll talk about short and long term volunteer opportunities with
HSC Pediatric Center, DC Central Kitchen, NMS Healthcare and Proyecto Salud
Clinic.

This summer, our UMD Chapter is planning an exciting medical mission trip to
El Salvador. Please come to our GBM on 4/25/16 at 5:30 PM at JMZ3205 to learn
more about our club, these amazing volunteer opportunities and the mission
trip!
