Subject: Visit National Security Agency’s - Laboratory for
Telecommunication Sciences (LTS) in College Park

Description:
We have a wonderful upcoming exclusive opportunity for University of Maryland
STEM students to visit the National Security Agency’s - Laboratory for
Telecommunication Sciences (LTS) in College Park, MD. We will be hosting
this visit on Wednesday, April 27th. We are offering two sessions for
students to choose from (to accommodate their class schedules), those
sessions are 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM, and 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM. Transportation
and Lunch will be provided.

We would like to extend this exclusive invitation to UMD students. Students
interested in internship and full-time opportunities are encouraged to
attend. STEM students are encouraged to attend, but all majors are welcome
to participate!!

This is a rare opportunity to visit the National Security Agency (NSA) and
tour the Laboratory for Telecommunication Sciences (LTS) where NSA technical
experts and diverse analysts conduct advanced networking and computing
research. The LTS initiates technical research projects to prototype and
explore the implications of new communications domains. Research here is a
fluid process, often involving diverse fields such as engineering, computer
science, mathematics, physics, biology, sociology, psychology, and political
science.

This is a site visit which showcases our various career opportunities and
also gives students the opportunity to network with agency employees.

Space is limited! Students that are interested should RSVP (indicating their
selected session – morning or afternoon) by April 15th with a copy of their
resume to [log in to unmask]

More details will follow for those students who RSVP. Thank you!

Sincerely,
NSA Office of Recruitment
