Subject: Analytics training program (financial engineer role): Fannie Mae

Description:
This program provides technical training in SAS, SQL, and R, as well as
Business Intelligence tools (Tableau) and an introduction to working with
technology and data platforms, including Netezza, Oracle and UNIX. Through
hands-on experience and interaction with the analytics teams, candidates will
gain a strong understanding of Fannie Mae’s business.

The participants will work in the Washington, D.C. or Plano, Texas offices
starting in late June 2018. After 7 to 8 weeks of seminar-style training,
working with the Single Family, Enterprise Risk, and Finance Analytics teams,
participants will be placed onto an analytics team based upon abilities and
skills shown during the training. The employee will receive ongoing annual
performance evaluations to review progress toward goals and discuss
development opportunities.
