Subject: Swim Etiquette 101- FREE swim class

Description:
RecWell activity: Come learn all about how to incorporate aquatic activities
into your life!

There are several terms and customs that are unusual for folks who did not
grow up swimming or going to a pool. Come work with RecWell instructors to
get a free swim lesson, learn about these terms, and gain knowledge about
different activities you can do in the pool to positively impact your life.

Participants will get a free swim cap and pair of goggles upon completion of
the program.
