Subject: Full-time Job: Scrum Master (Software Development)

Description:
JOB REQUIREMENTS:  Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years job-related
experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Must have 2+ years’ experience with developing software/technical projects:
experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least one year or have over 3
years’ experience on a Scrum team as a team member or Product Owner along
with required certification. Understand the software development lifecycle &
have experience working on technical projects.

Must have a CSM, PSM 1 or PMI-ACP certification.
Must have strong teamwork, facilitation and conflict-resolution skills;
excellent communication skills, emotional intelligence and social awareness.
Must know what Scrum is and what it is not and coach others in Scrum and
agile concepts using excellent coaching and mentoring skills. Must be highly
motivated and passionate about agile and Scrum.
Must empower, encourage, motivate & inspire a team to self-organize, be
creative & continuously improve.

PREFERRED:

Experience with agile games (including a variety of types of retrospectives),
different burndown techniques and other information radiators, interactive
facilitation techniques and brainstorming; experience with other agile
frameworks (Kanban, XP, etc.). Prefer experience working with distributed
team members.
