Description:
The Physics Department is seeking students to serve in paid positions for our
summer camp programs. This is a great opportunity to build your resume with
STEM outreach, communication, and leadership experience. Pay is
$10.50-$12.00/hour.

Expectations:

-Teach science concepts and lead activities
-Create a positive and fun learning environment for the campers
-Supervise and mentor campers

Ideal candidates will possess prior experience working with K-12 students, a
basic understanding of physics concepts, enthusiasm for teaching, and a
positive attitude.

Science Discovery Camp
Session 1: July 16th-20th
Session 2: July 30th-August 3rd
Elementary school

Physics of Quidditch Camp
Session 1: July 9th-13th
Session 2: July 23rd-27th
Middle school

Physics Summer Girls - 9th Grade
Session 1: July 23rd-27th
Session 2: August 6th-10th

Physics Summer Girls - Advanced
July 30th-August 10th
10th-12th grade

Training is required for all camps and will be scheduled for the end of June
or beginning of July.
