Description:
The Association for Federal Information Resources Management (AFFIRM) invites
UMD students to the 2018 Information Technology Workshop and Shadow Day on
Friday, April 20.  This program is free and open to students interested in a
career in the federal workforce. The students will hear from panels of senior
government officials as they talk about the various careers in the
information technology, federal agency missions, and the positions they
offer.

AFFIRM is a non-profit, volunteer, educational organization whose overall
purpose is to improve the management of information and related systems and
resources within the federal government.
