Subject: AMWA Last Meeting Today!

Hey guys!

Today is the last meeting for AMWA for the semester. For the first half, we
will be having a speaker, and the second half is ELECTIONS! It will be held
in JMZ1224 at 7PM!

We strongly recommend all active members to attend the meeting tomorrow in
order to vote. If you're interested in running for a position and are an
active member, just email us at [log in to unmask] and/or Facebook message us
at https://www.facebook.com/UMDAMWA/. Here is a list of the available
positions and their descriptions:

President (must have one year of e-board experience):
Responsible for making sure all board members fulfill their responsibilities
Weekly check-ups on meeting updates/speakers
Arrange executive meetings whenever necessary
Responsible for maintaining and updating Facebook

Vice-President (must have one year of e-board experience):
Helps President with his/her duties
In-charge of ListServs
In-charge of AMWA email

Treasurer:
Responsible for setting up SECU bank account
Needs to get SGA approval ASAP
Organize 2-3 fundraisers for the organization per semester

Service Chair:
Be in charge of FRN
Coordinate FRN volunteers weekly
Research more opportunities for service events

Event Coordinators (two positions):
Responsible for finding speakers for AMWA meetings
In-charge of finding events for members to attend
Communicate with speakers to ensure they show up on-time for meetings
