Subject: Pathology Laboratory Assistants

Description:
Local lab based in Greenbelt and co-operated by two former Terps is seeking
two laboratory assistants to work part time in our lab as our current
assistants are leaving for graduate programs.  Daily duties include
examination of tissues for pathology submission, assistance with daily
accessioning of cases, and will also include preparation of ThinPrep pap
smear slides for evaluation by cytotechnologists and pathologists.

Hours start around 5 am and go till about 12 or 2 pm every other day
(alternating with another person in this role).  Compensation is provided at
$19/hour.  The person who fulfills this role will need to have strong
communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and be able to multitask.

Preference will be given to those considering pathology assistant school
seeking work for at least one year.  If your application is considered for
