Subject: K-12 Science & Math Teacher Jobs!

Description:
Speaking recently, the Dean of the Curry School of Education at the
University of Virginia labelled the current teacher shortage an “emergency
situation.” Nationwide, according to recent reports, the country is short
327,000 teachers.

While in a variety of ways this is disheartening news, it does mean that
there will be unusually many job opportunities for graduating students. This
is especially true in private/independent schools that do not necessarily
require an education degree or teacher certification for many middle- and
high-school teaching jobs.

If you are graduating and are interested in becoming a math or science
teachers at a private/independent school, you should apply as soon as
possible to become a candidate with Southern Teachers. Go to
www.SouthernTeachers.com and submit your application today!

In addition, we have just opened registration for our Job Fair on Super Bowl
Saturday, February 3, in Atlanta, GA. This is the first major job fair of the
season for private/independent schools in the South, which means that
attending teachers will have first crack at hundreds of jobs at some of the
best schools in the South.

Southern Teachers is the premier placement agency for private schools in the
South. Since 1902, we have helped tens of thousands of teachers—both rookie
and experienced—find jobs from Maryland to Miami to Midland, Texas. Our
services are free for candidates.
