Subject: Seniors - Applying for graduation

Hi Seniors!

Your final semester will be starting in a few short days and there is a VERY
IMPORTANT process that you need to complete in order to be cleared to
graduate. This needs to be done whether or not you plan to participate in the
commencement ceremonies on May 21 and 22, 2017.

First - Log on to Testudo and apply for graduation. Click on the link to:
"Graduation Application and Diploma Status"

You must apply to graduate so that we are notified that you are ready to
complete all of your degree requirements and can process the official
clearance. The deadline to apply is the last day of schedule adjustment -
February 7, 2017. If you haven't done so, don't delay. Do it now so that you
don't forget to do so once the semester begins and you have many other issues
to deal with.

Second - Check your degree audit to be sure you have completed all
requirements. Click on the "Degree Audit"  link. If you see any discrepancies
please contact your advisor ASAP.
