Subject: Girls Excelling in Math and Science--Internship Opportunities

Description:
Girls Excelling in Math and Science (G.E.M.S.) is an initiative for middle
school girls of Prince George's County designed to enhance math and science
skills and increase interest in STEM career fields. The G.E.M.S. experience
includes weekly after-school enrichment sessions facilitated by
undergraduates that encourage leadership, enhance science and mathematics
learning through hands-on activities, and highlight the contributions of
women scientists and engineers.

G.E.M.S. is currently seeking undergraduate volunteers, mentors, interns, and
site leaders to develop the next generation of scientists and engineers!
