Subject: Ignite Your Inner Leader with Terrapin Leadership Institute

Description:
Terrapin Leadership Institute (TLI) is a 5-week leadership development
program building your leadership confidence and tangible skills that can be
applied to everyday life. Over the semester, you’ll participate in hands-on
activities and critical dialogue with a group of peers. TLI is open to all
students, free, and takes place on multiple nights of the week.

There are 4 unique TLI Tracks to choose from:
--TLI Intro: For emerging leaders to explore leadership styles, ethics,
identity, collaboration, and communication
--TLI Scholars: For emerging leaders in the College Park Scholars
Living-Learning Program to explore leadership styles, ethics, identity,
collaboration, and communication
--TLI Plus: For experienced leaders to explore authority and power, conflict
management, group responsibility and sustainability
--TLI Student Organizations: For leaders of student organizations to develop
insight into organizational dynamics, structure, and culture that will
enhance your group's mission and goals
