Description:
Tim Regan, President and CEO of the Whiting-Turner Contracting Company will
be delivering a distinguished lecture at the Clark School on Thursday, April
18, 2019. Please join us in the main lobby of A. James Clark Hall at 4:30 PM
for a welcome reception, and at 5:00 PM for the lecture in the Zupnik Forum
in A. James Clark Hall.
The Whiting-Turner Business and Entrepreneurial Lecture Series in
conjunction with the Distinguished Kirlin Lecture Series presented by Tim
Regan, President and CEO of the Whiting-Turner Contracting Company
Endless Opportunities: Thoughts on a Growing Career Fueled by "Paying
Forward"
Lecture Description: Mr. Regan will offer some of his own experiences as a
young University of Maryland engineer, including numerous challenges he
encountered along the way. He will discuss the importance of mentoring and
“paying forward” as a critical answer to the burning question–“Why do
we do this?”
