As a Business Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work on a high
profile large scale software implementation with a municipality in the
Baltimore/Washington area. You will perform your work alongside professionals
with deep expertise in business transformation, technology implementation and
customer management.

This is an entry level Business Analyst position with Sure Power Consulting.
We will provide full training in cutting edge software. This requires the
aptitude to learn assignments quickly through initial training, then
investigate, adjust and complete time sensitive transactions.

In this position, you will partner directly with various tenured employees
and business leaders to develop, implement, and maintain customer data-audit
quality-assurance programs and initiatives in support of a large-scale
technology implementation.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop best-practice experience in
leading technologies and processes and to position one’s self for future
advancement.

Skills& Requirements:
1-2 years of work experience or Internship experience
Strong Analytical skills needed
Experience working with web-based applications
Excellent written (including email) and oral communication (including
telephone), and documentation skills
Basic handling of MS Excel and Word is required. Ability to navigate and
manipulate complex spreadsheets is preferred
Proven ability to work with details, including tracking progress,
establishing audit trail, and following up on completion of tasks and
transactions
Must possess the awareness and sensitivity to maintain proper conduct in a
unionized working environment
Ability to prioritize tasks by importance and urgency
Ability to work full-time Monday through Friday from 7:00 - 3:30 and
occasional Saturdays
College Degree Required
