The application for the 2020 class of Tillman Scholars, one of the most
prestigious scholarships for veterans and military-connected students, is now
open! The application closes on February 29, 2020. Apply now at
https://pattillmanfoundation.org/apply-to-be-a-scholar/  and select apply as
a partner school. As a Tillman partner school, UMD is guaranteed at least one
scholarship recipient. Additionally, applying for the Tillman automatically
places you into consideration for UMD's 50+ veteran-specific scholarships.

Being selected as a Tillman Scholar includes:
Scholarship: Annual funding for academic expenses, including tuition, books
and living expenses.
National Network: Access to a community of high-performing peers, mentors,
and industry leaders.
Leadership Development: Opportunities to advance knowledge, skills, and
experience.
