Join us as a Junior Systems Administrator/Desktop Support & see what makes

As a Junior Systems Administrator/Desktop Support, you will:
•Provide hands-on technical support to over 200 users
•Install & maintain Windows-based software and operating systems
•Support connectivity of devices and other routine network administration
duties
•Assist with the maintenance of a Windows Server environment & associated
Windows desktop infrastructure
•Work with the systems team to solve complex & challenging technical issues
•Perform other user & network support related duties as assigned

To be eligible for this position, you must meet the following requirements:
•BA/BS in Computer Technology or related field from a U.S. DOE accredited
institution, or AA/AS w/equivalent experience, with a 2.9+ GPA
•1-2 years of related experience
•Proficiency with Microsoft Windows desktop & Windows Server operating
systems
•Familiarity with Linux
•Familiarity with Microsoft System Center a plus
•Basic understanding of programming logic; PowerShell a plus
•Demonstrated strong verbal & written communication skills
•Demonstrated ability to relay technical information to users in layman
terms
•Demonstrated strong problem-solving & analytical skills
•Demonstrated customer service skills
•Excellent attention to detail & organization skills
•Must be able to multi-task, meet deadlines, & work within a team
•Strong presentation skills preferred
•Ability to obtain & maintain a Level 5 Public Trust security clearance
