Subject: TA Application for Summer 2019 is Due Tuesday, March 12
Description:
The Department of Biology will employ Teaching Assistants (TAs) to support
these Summer 2019 courses:
Summer I (May 28 – July 5, 2019):
BSCI201, Human Anatomy & Physiology I (Lab TA and Lab Prep TA needed)
BSCI440, Mammalian Physiology (Discussion TA needed)
Summer II (July 8 – August 16, 2019):
BSCI202, Human Anatomy & Physiology II (Lab TA and Lab Prep TA
needed)
An Undergraduate TA (UTA) earns a stipend of $1500.00, paid hourly, and is
ineligible for tuition remission. Prior teaching experience in the course is
required.
Selected applicants must follow the direction of the course instructor(s) and
be available for all dates of the session. E-mail Ms. Jennie Gouker at

include the course and semester(s)/year(s) that you were a UTA.
The deadline to apply is Tuesday, March 12, 2019.
