Job Description
Looking for a very friendly MA, who can multi-task, to join a gynecology
office. Needs excellent English communication skills.
Duties:
Greeting patients/checking them in
handling scheduling/phone lines
entering demographics/insurance info
rooming patients/vitals/reviewing medications and medical history with
patients
maintaining/stocking general office areas (waiting room, and exam rooms)
helping with office procedures
handling correspondence with patients and service providers
other general duties and additional support for physicians as needed

Requirements:
-Ideal for students taking a gap year to prepare for medical school
-must be able to pass background check
-Spanish speaking is a plus

Full time from May, 1 or 2 days a week depending on availability starting
middle of Feb

**We are in friendship heights, Chevy Chase walking distance from metro
Tuesday thru Friday. The office will pay for parking.
**We will be in Germantown on Mondays near Holy Cross Hospital and 1 Friday
a month
