Are you interested in providing peer tutoring/supplemental instruction to
your classmates at UMD? The Academic Achievement Program (AAP) is recruiting
for AAP Tutors and Supplemental Instruction Leaders (SI) for Spring 2022!

AAP tutors and SI Leaders gain exposure to teaching and facilitation
fundamentals while providing peer-led small-group tutoring in a collaborative
learning environment for first-generation college students and students in
the campus’ most challenging courses.

Here's the courses we are currently looking for tutors:
AASP 100
AMST 101
BSCI 103 (SI)
BSCI 160 (SI)
BSCI 170 (SI)
CHEM 131 (SI)
CHEM 135 (SI)
HIST 200
HIST 201
HLTH 230
KNES 287
THET 110
TLPL 202
WGSS 250

This is a paid position starting at $12.50 with a time commitment of 3-4
hours/week per course. Applicants must have a minimum grade of B in the
course for which they are applying and a cumulative GPA not less than 2.75
