Subject: Terps for Change Volunteer Applications OPEN

Description:
Make an impact on a social issue of your choice in our local community!

Terps for Change volunteers engage in meaningful, longitudinal service at one
of our 13 community partners in the DMV area. This semester we are offering
socially-distanced in-person volunteer opportunities (Campus Pantry, MNCPPC,
Campus Arboretum) as well as virtual asynchronous/synchronous sites. In
addition to volunteering 1-3 hours a week, participants have 1-hour weekly
virtual  dialogues to think critically and learn about the social issues they
tackle at their site. Our diverse group of community partners allows our
participants the opportunity to learn about a variety of social issues
including educational inequity, food deserts, invasive species, and more.
