Maryland is consistently ranked top 10 in entrepreneurship each year at the
Virtual Shell Expo 2020 on Nov. 18th.

Back bigger and better than ever, Shell Expo 2020 is an opportunity for all
UMD student-run companies to demo their work. Each company will have a
virtual booth where founders and their teams will be showcasing their
ventures to students and potential investors. This online event is free to
students and is the perfect opportunity to get involved with an early-stage
UMD company or to learn/connect with an exciting list of speakers.
